Orders and Shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post and different locations have different times. The tracking will assist.
Accounts are setup during the Check out process.
Tracking will be provided when send and it should keep you updated. We can always check as well if you need us to.
Through the secure checkout process, none of your transactional card details are kept.
We will always attempt to combine freight to make the delivery easier.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be based on freight costs for the customer and subject to a 15% restock fee.
Reach out and let us know if we have made a mistake. We photograph all deliveries as dispatched to make sure we are providing the best service, but mistakes can occur.
